They say that she has been baking muffins for the last 75 years but does this lady look 75 years old to you? I don't think so. Where is she now? Does she still bake muffins and if so, where? Is she situated in one of the unknown states in the deep dark depths of America worshipped by the few who know her? Maybe she was so hounded by the press over her wonderful muffins that she had to go into hiding. There she secretly tries out and bakes new muffin flavours without anyone knowing about her except the few who know where she is hiding. Maybe she still is alive and well and happily baking these muffins because there is something in these muffins that they haven't been telling us about. Maybe in all her millions of muffins that Betty Crocker has baked one day she came up with a special muffin recipe that gave you everlasting life? Maybe that is why she has been baking muffins for the last 75 years but still looks about 30. Do you know? But despite all this, in my opinion these are the best muffins you can make. You buy a box saying Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix and follow the instructions on the back of the box and hey presto in about 30 minutes you have a batch of really delicious muffins. The apple and cinnamon muffins are also rather delicious. Using a muffin takes away all the messing around with recipes and wondering whether they are going to come out alright. With this muffin mix you would have to be totally mad not to be able to follow the instructions. They are even better if you put extra chocolate chips on the top along with the chocolate fudge flavoured icing that you get with the mix. I strongly recommend that if you are a muffin fanatic like me or if you just like an odd muffin once in a while that this is the best recipe for you to use.

If you are unable to buy Betty Crocker Muffins anywhere in your neighbourhood then incite a small riot and send a petition to your President, Prime Minister, King, etc. and demand that these muffins are sold on every street corner worldwide.

( Or you could just try to find another kind of chocolate muffin mix. There is 'Greens' Muffin Mix in a purple box and 'Shake a muffin' in a plastic container. These are also easy to make and quite delicious (but not quite as yummy as Betty Crocker ones.).)
